Job Description As a Commercial Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful commercial delivery of major infrastructure projects. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to align financial and contractual strategies with project goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Engage with commercial managers, contract administrators, technical advisors, clients, and contractors to ensure cohesive project delivery. Performance Monitoring : Analyse and report on commercial performance, offering actionable insights to support decision-making and risk mitigation. Contractual Guidance : Provide expert advice on financial forecasting, payment processes, contract controls, and claims resolution. Change Management : Lead commercial aspects of change control, ensuring transparency and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Cash Flow Oversight : Conduct detailed cash flow analysis to support financial planning and project sustainability. Client Integration : Operate within client offices, either as part of a seconded team or embedded within a T&T-led delivery model. Team Leadership : Depending on experience, you may have line management responsibilities within the T&T team.
